Alexandra Broderick is Senior Asset Manager of Equitable Real Estate Partners, LLC, a vertically integrated private real estate investment firm operating in major markets throughout the Sunbelt and Mountain West.

Alexandra believes in providing professional, ethical, and accountable asset management to achieve the maximum return on investment. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Equitable’s portfolio, including financial operation, tenant relations, and market positioning.

Prior to joining Equitable Real Estate Partners, LLC, Alexandra managed a diverse portfolio of market rate, affordable and student housing communities in Charlottesville, VA.

Alexandra holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Virginia and Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Political Studies from Pitzer College.
