Bryan manages the financial affairs, transactions, and capital markets of Equitable Real Estate Partners’.  Bryan has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate through his direct involvement with REIT's, Private Equity and Institutional companies.  Throughout his career, he has actively been involved in all areas of real estate including operations, capital markets, acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, and public accounting.  For 14+ years prior to founding Equitable Real Estate, he was co-partner of Commercial Florida, an organization that had grown its’ assets under management in excess of 2.7 million square feet.

Prior to these organizations, Bryan was the Controller for Welltower, a multi-billion-dollar real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns more than 1,400 properties in major, high-growth markets in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Welltower, Bryan was Financial Controller for Parthenon Realty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apollo Real Estate Advisors/Ares and he oversaw the management of an 11 million square foot portfolio of commercial office buildings located throughout the Southeast and Texas. Prior to his involvement in Parthenon, Bryan was Financial Controller and managed the financial operations of Intercoastal Group, a Property & Asset Management Company overseeing 5 thousand conventional and Section 8 residential units located in the contiguous United States. Bryan started his career as an accountant with Hausser + Taylor, the largest Ohio regional CPA firm. He worked in the real estate & construction department specializing in year-end audits and tax preparation.

Bryan prides himself on organizational and operational excellence and the notion that "good and honest people" can be successful as well. He is a proud Ohio State alumni who has earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting and MIS.  He is an avid Ohio State football fan, a fisherman, recreational runner, cyclist and father.
